The security guards face a lot of accidents\incidents per day, and different method of dealing with them according to the incident type, the people involved in the incident (their identities and number), the accident location, the guard experience and the process prior to the security guard, theoretical and practical training obtained by the guard, and most of all laws and regulations in the country. In addition to security procedures at the workplace should be followed, which supposed the security guards has been trained repeatedly, and applied in drill to make sure that they will apply that knowledge when needed.

In all cases, the security guards must be vigilant prepared for any emergency or surprise through the security sense, insight, the, previous cumulative experience, which distinguish between professional security guard, and another interested in reaping the monthly salary only.
Therefore, each security guard must ensure the development of him self , through: reading, training, physical exercise, development of his security sense, training of his observation power, impersonate the security guard, and select a successful security supervisor or manager as higher example "Ideal", and copying him to led him to success and excellence.
Rewards and motivation
All what the security guards are giving as immolations, they deserve to be rewarded for, to make them feel that we do care about them and appreciate what are they doing.
In Batsco and Bahrain City Centre we do appreciate and reward our guards.
